CONSTITUTION
We the people, find it
necessary to layout
a framework for our great country. The purpose of our great
and
just country is to ensure that every living human being is endowed with
freedom and liberty. Recognizing this our country will do
anything to ensure that this greater truth is upheld within our
Sovereign Entity. By doing this we will insure the domestic
defense, provide for the well-being of our people and uphold a peaceful
international status.
The
Role of The Government
It is the role of the
government to
protect the people of our nation. All officials shall be
elected
into one of two branches: The Legislative and the Judicial
Branch.
Judicial Branch:
The Judicial Branch
shall be built of judges elected by the Legislative Branch.
You
have to be 40 years of age, have acquired a degree in law, a natural
born citizen, have lived in the United
Confederation of Gralvy for 30 years, and have had no past
criminal history.
Legislative Branch:
The Legislative
Branch shall also be built of elected officials from each county who
create and enforce laws protecting the common good. The
Legislative Branch will also vote into office the judges. You
have to be at least 30 years of age to be a legislature and have no
past criminal history.
It is the duty of these
branches to
protect the people and provide for the common good. The
government shall appoint people to the job they are most suitable for
and will set the rate of pay for the judges and officials and the rate
for goods and services.
